Ted 2015: Bacteria programmed to find tumours

Tal's work to harness the power of synthetic biology and combine it with nanotechnology by programming probiotic bacterial to detect liver cancer was featured by BBC news in advance of his presentation at one of the 2015 class of TED Fellows.

Bacteria programmed to spot tumours in the liver have been shown off at the Ted (Technology, Entertainment and Design) conference in Vancouver.
